Arkansas's Department of Health, Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Systems' mission is to promulgate and enforce rules and regulations which foster and encourage the development of quality pre-hospital Emergency Medical Services for the citizens of the state; and to develop a statewide trauma systems plan for implementation and the designation of trauma centers throughout Arkansas.
DNR or POLST Policy
MedicAlert will not engrave an ID without a signed and verified copy of DNR or POLST forms; on file and available to medical personnel when needed
